Using a single-use microinfusion device with ultra-fine 24ct gold needles, a personalised cocktail of active ingredients is gently pressed into the skin - precisely where it’s needed most. The result is deep skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime. The needles are so fine and gentle that even delicate areas like the lash line and lips can be treated comfortably, without bleeding or the need for numbing.
how does this differ to microneedling

The Microfusion facial delivers a customised cocktail of active ingredients (such as Botox, hyaluronic acid, vitamins, or peptides) directly into the superficial layers of the skin. It's virtually painless, requires no numbing, and involves minimal to no downtime. The primary goal is skin enhancement - glow, hydration, fine line softening - rather than collagen induction.

Microneedling is performed with the SkinPen device, which uses longer needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production through a wound-healing response. It’s used more for structural improvement - acne scarring, fine lines, enlarged pores - and typically requires numbing, with extended downtime depending on intensity.
